Questions teachers ask
Do my students need to pay or install anything?
No. Students join free with a class code and can use TopperBatch in any browser, or install the Android app. There is nothing for them to buy.
Is this only for language teaching?
Not at all. Every course is built from scratch by you: name your own sections, add your own material, design your own tests. The English course that ships with the platform is one example of what you can build, and you can hide it entirely.
How much of the marking is automatic?
Multiple choice, multiple select, true/false, dropdown, fill in the blanks, matching, ordering, numeric and short answers are scored the moment a student submits. Long answers and uploads come to you, with an optional AI summary to speed up reading.
What exactly does the AI do, and can I switch it off?
It converts your notes and question papers into lessons, transcribes spoken answers, and suggests marks and feedback. Everything it produces is a draft you can edit. There is a single switch that turns it off completely for your workspace.
Whose branding do students see?
Yours. Your institute name, your logo and your accent colour appear everywhere, including the sign-in screen. TopperBatch does not advertise itself to your students.
Can I get my data out?
